The animated series centers on Rude Dog, a cool, streetwise, and perpetually confident English Bulldog who, along with his loyal gang of misfit canine companions known as "the Dweebs," runs a successful T-shirt painting business. Their idyllic life in a junkyard is constantly disrupted by the antics of the villainous Sump Thing and his two bumbling cat sidekicks, who relentlessly try to steal Rude Dog's magical paint brush. Each episode involves the Dweebs using their unique (and often clumsy) skills to thwart Sump Thing's schemes, protect their business, and defend their friendships, all while showcasing Rude Dog's laid-back charm and the chaotic energy of his quirky crew.
