The animated series centers on Rude Dog, a cool, streetwise, and perpetually confident English Bulldog who, along with his loyal gang of misfit canine companions known as "the Dweebs," runs a successful T-shirt painting business. Their idyllic life in a junkyard is constantly disrupted by the antics of the villainous Sump Thing and his two bumbling cat sidekicks, who relentlessly try to steal Rude Dog's magical paint brush.
