Final Destination 5 (2011)

Sam Lawton is on a bus with his co-workers for a corporate retreat when he has a terrifying premonition of a suspension bridge collapsing, killing everyone on it, including himself and his friends. His desperate warning causes a small group of his colleagues to get off the bus and escape the imminent disaster just before the bridge spectacularly collapses. As with previous instances, the survivors soon realize that Death is now actively hunting them, picking them off one by one in increasingly elaborate and unexpected ways related to their original preordained deaths on the bridge. Sam and his friends must frantically work together to uncover the rules of Death's game and find a way to escape their grim fates, leading to a shocking twist that ties directly back to the very beginning of the Final Destination saga.
