Resident Alien (2021)

An alien crash-lands on Earth and assumes the identity of a small-town doctor while secretly plotting to complete his mission of destroying humanity. However, as he interacts with the quirky residents, he begins to struggle with his growing empathy for humans, leading to comedic misunderstandings and unexpected emotional dilemmas.
