Sleeping Beauty (1959)

A beautiful princess, Aurora, is cursed at birth by the vengeful Maleficent, who decrees that she will prick her finger on a spinning wheel and fall into an eternal sleep. Raised in seclusion by three fairy godmothers, Aurora unknowingly fulfills the curse on her sixteenth birthday. Only the bravery of Prince Phillip, armed with the Sword of Truth and aided by the fairies, can defeat Maleficent—who transforms into a fearsome dragon—and awaken Aurora with true love’s kiss, restoring peace to the kingdom.
