The Lion King (2019)

In this photorealistic reimagining of the animated classic, a young lion prince named Simba is forced into exile after the tragic death of his father, King Mufasa, orchestrated by his treacherous uncle, Scar. Growing up away from his homeland, Simba befriends the carefree duo Timon and Pumbaa, adopting a "hakuna matata" lifestyle. However, upon learning of Scar's tyrannical rule over the Pride Lands, Simba must confront his past, embrace his royal destiny, and reclaim his rightful place as king.
