Two seemingly ordinary American teenagers, Doyle Cleverlobe, a popular but unintelligent jock, and Aimee Bright, a shy and nerdy academic, are unexpectedly chosen to attend Galaxy High School, an elite intergalactic boarding school located on a distant asteroid. They find themselves as the only humans among a diverse student body of bizarre and eccentric alien teenagers, each with their own unique customs and abilities. Doyle struggles with being a social outcast for the first time, while Aimee blossoms and finds confidence. The series follows their humorous attempts to adapt to alien culture, navigate extraterrestrial high school politics, and overcome academic challenges, all while dealing with typical teenage issues like crushes, friendships, and trying to fit in, light-years away from home.
